Dear Customer, 

 the styles we offer represent our unparalleled commitment to quality , and our dedication to making our customers look the best for their special occasions. Your business with us is greatly appreciated. We provide friendly and efficient service through several mediums; our sales representatives are available from 10am to 7pm EST Monday through Friday and can process your orders via phone, fax or email. 


To place your order, 

Please clearly identify  the items you wish to purchase by style #,Size, and Color. 

 For your Convenience, Please read our company Policy. 

I. Payment methods:

      A. We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, Discover, And Amex)

II. Processing and Shipping

     A. All orders will be shipped via UPS. All other Carriers or shipping methods will be accommodated upon request and subject to a service charge. Your also have the option of picking up your purchase at the store. 


III. Returns and Exchanges: 

     A. please contact your sales representative within the a fore- mentioned time period to obtain a proper Authorization # . 

     B. Be advised that once the tag on the merchandise is removed it is not returnable. 

     C. We do NOT offer refunds.  We will gladly issue an IN STORE CREDIT upon receipt of the merchandise. 

     D. Shoes and Jewelry can not be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

     E. Exchanges will be subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee will be applied for each item, along with reshipping fees. (we do not provide Call Tags)



We will be glad to take back all merchandise that are not used or worn or altered within 4 days of after you receive it. You will be issued a store credit that you will be able to use towards the purchase of another item. The credit amount will be equal to the purchase amount minus the shipping and handling fees and minus a 20% restocking fee.

Our receiving department will not accept any packages without an RA#. So if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please call us back and receive an RA#. Write this number on your package and mail it back to us.

Please note that we will not change or issue credit for the following:

HATS, POCKET BOOKS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES , AND BRIDAL GOWNS.  Please note that Bridal Gowns run smaller than regular dresses so please refer to the size chart when ordering.

All other clothing items will gladly be accepted within 4 days of  your receipt of purchase for exchange or store credit.
